The RCC 200 milling robot, equipped with electric drive motors and a powerful hydraulic system for the robot arm operating in four degrees of freedom, features a working platform designed to accommodate various tools with modular connection options. To monitor the work and enable precise positioning of the RCC 200, a Full HD pan-tilt camera with a cleaning lip is used, delivering excellent image quality. With an envelope circle of 162 mm, the robot can be deployed in pipes with liners from 200 mm to 1000 mm in diameter, where it performs operations reliably.
ROBOTICAIR MOTOR
The working unit of the RCC 200 can rotate continuously. The attachment is a working platform with modular connection options, on which either the electric milling motor, a pneumatic motor, or a nozzle for high-pressure operations can be mounted.
Adapters for Quick-Lock, Top Hat, and a crimping system for house connection integration are also available. In addition, the Full HD camera can be equipped with a flexible height adjustment, allowing optimal positioning for any pipe diameter. To ensure even better illumination, additional lighting units can be attached.
